Lindsey Babcock is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 17 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University in 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
Ms. Babcock is the owner of Grow with Me, a private practice in Ormond Beach, Florida, where she specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adolescent mental health and performance coaching for athletes. She has completed the DBT Foundational Certification through Psych wire and is currently putting her training to use by providing DBT skills groups for adolescents and families in Ormond Beach. Her clinical approach emphasizes individualized treatment planning and integration of mindfulness-based strategies.
Previously, Ms. Babcock founded and ran a life coaching and consulting business for nearly a decade, helping clients achieve personal and professional goals through structured strategies and accountability. Her work involved not only developing plans to promote an improved work-life balance but also collaborating with her clients to identify goals and create a roadmap for achieving them.
Beyond her clinical work, Lindsey is deeply committed to community mental health advocacy. She serves as an advisor for YES Youth Emotional Support, a mentor for caregivers through the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation, and has led multiple fundraising initiatives for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Ms. Babcock has presented on topics such as adolescent mental health and mindfulness for caregivers in schools, healthcare organizations, and community groups.
